My Story

What started as a simple curiosity to see how Saskatchewan's landscape has evolved over time transformed into a deep exploration of ecological change. I discovered that visualizing these transformations at a granular scale provides invaluable insights into our environment's resilience and risk.

The Data

Earlybird leverages official Canadian Government Annual Crop Inventory data. I've normalized this extensive dataset into a unified GIS system, coordinated with my custom high-resolution grid. Each tile represents rigorous spatial analysis designed to illustrate ecosystem health and land-use shifts.
